2013

2013.... Hello there,

i really wanna get back to blogging regularly to document my life. 

Christmas 2012 was great,

Family gathering was splendid. kids were less rowdy, but it was a lil awkward with my baby cousins. Seems like they've stopped liking me after my scolding the year before. Ohwell~ Hung out with my nieces, they are lil bundles of joy. 

Did a christmas gift exchange with my friends. During christmas eve, Elyas drove us out for a good dinner at brussels and sprouts@robertson quay. I enjoyed mussels for the first time in my life. Yums. Then We exchanged gifts at a random corner. :3 After which, we headed to the airport for a cuppa coffee.

Stayed over at my cousin's place soon after christmas to spend a little time with him. He is on an exchange program, and was about to  fly to the united states to study for 6 months. 

Stay overs at my cousin's place have changed over the years, but still fun nevertheless. 

Had supper with his friends at bedok blk85, then sent him off to his adventure the next day.

that week was a rather eventful one, right after i got home, i dropped my bags, packed another bag and headed to RWS for the night with my family. 

Spent time with my nieces again. Ran them a bubble bath, taught them how to blow bubbles. 

Had bad korean bbq for dinner , but time spent with the fam is well spent, no matter how bad the food is. Spent the rest of the night alone in the room enjoying the facilities. ohyes, i had the bird eye view of the fireworks from hotel suite! it was a wonderful surprise.

on the last day of the year, Lesley, Elyas and i went to Ricciotti for lunch/dinner. Their marinara is pretty good! Then les miserables at greatworldcity. Counted down at home with my lovely parents, then headed out to catch the hobbit with CM. after which, we ate and chat and went along our merry way.  Great way to start 2013.

I have since started school , and chinese new year is approaching. More exciting months ahead!
